Reservation and Cancellation Policies



Reservation

Reservations can be made through our website or by contacting our reservation team directly. To confirm a reservation, we may require a deposit or payment in advance. The specific amount and payment details will be provided during the reservation process. All reservations are subject to availability, and the Resort reserves the right to refuse or cancel a reservation at its discretion.


Reservation Modifications

If you need to modify or change your reservation, please contact our reservation team as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, subject to availability and any applicable restrictions. Please note that reservation modifications will be done with the approval of management team only and will be subjected to additional charges or rate adjustments.


Cancellation Policy

1. Full refund if canceled before 30 days of check-in. 2. 50% refund if canceled before 20 days of check-in.* 3. All season booking is non refundable. No refund on last moment cancellations. All bookings made for weekdays, long weekends and holidays/Festival/Christmas/New year are non cancellation and non-refundable.


Refunds

Refunds for cancelled reservations will be processed in accordance with our cancellation policy. The refund amount, if any, will depend on the timing of the cancellation and any applicable fees or charges. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.


Force Majeure

The Resort shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these reservation and cancellation policies if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or governmental actions.
